Hello

, it's been a long time since I've been on the site. I choose to buy passes to be made of bronze thinking that it was with this status that I was able to exchange my Prizes several times in a Sweepstake for points.
But this is not the case

To reach the Silver level, I decided to use the sponsored payment, I won some passes and I don't know "what to do with them", but it didn't increase my passes in my card

why?

I guess it's because these passes were given to you by the sponsors and it only works with the ones you buy.
