It's true that the spirit of this game has been completely perverted... before, you had to make as many words as possible to win your bet and consequently points; this called on your knowledge of vocabulary, you could improve and even Have a Look other words... an educational and entertaining game!
now, with the values given to letters, you mainly make words with the highest values otherwise you can't up for grabs ! bets most of the time and even when you win, you are very poorly rewarded in points!... a sclerosing and frustrating game!

A letter game must remain A GAME OF LETTERS! What do numbers have to do with it? 😡

I'm tired of making changes to this game because I still had 7 consonants!

Agree with the critics of this "new" game because even the idea of betting doesn't mean anything anymore!
example: a hard draw where you can only bet on 200 points... a puzzle to succeed the bet or even a few more points... we are all happy! and bingo! we only collect medlars (8 points!!!) it's really worth it! if we lose the Round, we win 5 points! Admit it: we couldn't have done a better job of cheating ourselves! Not to mention the bonuses or joker you get once the number of draws is exhausted!
ah! but now we have advertising! so everything is fine... 😡 pfff!

Like many of you I too am quite disappointed with PariMots despite its How it Works that I like very much. Indeed we encounter some problems:

- We often have a bad draw with TOO many consonants (we would need 3 vowels and 4 consonants)
- PariMots is a rather complex game, so we don't win a lot of points but when we make nice moves we only win 150 madpoints it would be nice to set the bar at 200 madpoints.

Here I am waiting for a small modification to this game which is already abandoned by other players.

I would like to know what the boxes with a dash (unusable) and the number 1 (also useless) correspond to I had several draws with these boxes and therefore could not make words

had boxes with a dash, but I had the white box which is worth 1 point, and serves as a wild card, we do what we want with it, and it is very practical in the account

I fully agree with some of the comments that have been left on the forum: the new version of PariMots is not just a new version but it is a different game!
I've been registered on the site for several years now and I've been playing regularly, and really, every time you adopt a new version of a game, it completely changes the very essence of what it was, I think of PariMots, but also mixmots that had suffered the same fate in the past.
It's really sad, especially since PariMots was my favorite game.
In view of all the complaints posted on this forum, why not put back the old version?
