For any personal problems, contact customer service. They will answer you quickly and they will know what they are talking about, unlike us.

However, you should know that there are checks that are carried out for new players to make sure that there are no anomalies on your account (information, credits etc...) when your account is validated, your prizes will be validated much faster 😉

I find this curious, perhaps it is a technical problem?

I was thinking of recharging again but, I will wait for the validation because I have the pleasure to win a modest prize and hop after three days an uninformed state... 🙁 Thanks

to Madwin in advance to solve this problem but on the other hand they must have a lot of work so to manage all our orders they may put this status in the meantime?
