Hi,

check your game account history (footer), if there is nothing indicated, you can contact customer service, who will solve your problem.

News on MadWin, I played the Sweepstake and obviously I didn't win. It says that in this case we are refunded, otherwise it has been about a week since I played and I still am not...????
