in the case of "large" packages, we send the Wires separately, so as not to delay the shipment. Indeed, the issuance of Wires takes a little longer. Thus, we immediately send the package without Wire, then the Wire alone a few days later in simple mail. The Wire is made payable to the winner, so no one can cash it for you. So you should receive your Wire in the coming days. If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

I sometimes receive my parcels sometimes no but in general, the missing parcels are redirected by the MadWin team so no problems for the moment, on the other hand have people here already received Wires? I am not in my packages, whereas on the win sheet, attached to the package, it is stipulated that I received 5 Wires while they do not appear inside the package!!!!
Is there an order on the Wires so that no one can cash them?
I expect 5 big Wires and I'm afraid I'll never receive them when they put them on the earnings list received in the package but they're not there!!!! How to do this?
